Minfulness personal training is a practice that aims to help individuals to incorporate,cultivate mindfulness practices into their fitness routines
it involves working with a mindfulness Coach or Trainer who provides guidance and support in developing mindfulness skills such as meditation,breathing,exercises,and body awareness practices.
The trainer may teach participants how to observe their thoughts and emotions with a non–judgmental attitude and how to focus their attention on the present moment such as meditation,breathing,exercises,and body awareness practices.
As a fitness instructor,I focus on helping individuals achieve holistic well-being through a combination of mindfulness practices and fitness training.My goal is to guide clients towards developing a healthy mindset for life,rather than just achieving short-term fitness goals.
I understand that everyone has unique needs and preferences,wich is why I offer personalized fitness and mindfulness plans that cater to individual goals and lifestyles.My sessions emphasized on building self -awareness ,improving focus and reducing stress through minfulness techniques.
