You may wanted to know about me – my name is Claudia and I am the owner and creator of this online platform. I am originally from Colombia a beautiful and diverse country in South America, but I have been living in Europe for 20 years now.
My journey to Europe was not an easy one,I left Colombia when I was young to pursue a better life an education in Europe I have to adapt to a new culture, learn a new language, and face many challenges along the way.But despite the difficulties I fell in love with Europe and I am grateful for the opportunities it has presented to me .
In my free time I enjoy exploring new places, trying new foods and learning about holistic medecine something I am very passionated.

Living in the mountains in Colombia has taught me a great deal about herbal medicine in the montaniuos regions of Colombia ,traditional healing practices are deeply ingrained in the culture and herbal remedies are often used to treat common ailments and illness.
The unique climate and soil conditions of the mountains have also allowed for the growth of a wide variety of medicinal plants and herbs.Over the years,I have been able to learn about the different properties and uses of these plants from local healers and traditional medecine practitioners.
