How to prepare essential oils for massage, follow these steps:

1.Choose the Right Essential Oil

Select the essential oil that suits the massage purpose or the preferred decent.Some popular essential oils used in massage included lavender,pepermint,eucalyptus , frankincense,Clary Sage,Geranium,Ylang Ylang.

2. Prepare a Base Oil

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should never be applied directly to the skin without being mixed with a carrier oil.Carrier oils such as coconut oil, almond oiler jojoba oil can dilute the essential oil and protect the skin from irritation.

3. Create a Blend
